The Legatum Institute closely worked with Puerto El Mundo in Honduras on an orphan permanency centre model which focuses on building capacity for better child protection services via public-private partnership.
Through assistance and cooperation, Puerto El Mundo aims to promote best practices and facilitate the placement of orphaned and abandoned children in Tegucigalpa into permanent families.
