Benedict Rogers is a writer and human rights advocate specialising in Burma. Working with Christian Solidarity Worldwide, he has conducted over 30 fact-finding missions to the country and its borders. Ben regularly briefs parliamentarians and government officials on Burma. He appears regularly on radio and television, including BBC, Sky News and CNN, and his articles have been published in a variety of publications, including the International Herald Tribune, the Wall Street Journal, and the Guardian. Ben is an Associate of the Institute on Religion and Society in Asia, a trustee of the Phan Foundation and Support for the Oppressed Peoples of Burma (SOPB), and Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Party Human Rights Commission, and author of A Land Without Evil: Stopping the Genocide of Burma’s Karen People.
