Andrew Bird is the Chief Operating Officer at Legatum.

Prior to joining Legatum in 2019, he served as CFO of Venus Management Company and the Director of Finance for Aspect Capital. Andrew was previously a Risk Manager at Lloyds TSB and an Audit Manager for Deloitte in Brisbane and London. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, where he majored in Accounting and Finance.
