Charlotte joined Legatum in 2019 as an Executive Assistant to the Investment Management team. She later began supporting Philip Vassiliou, CIO, and as of 2025, has transitioned into the role of Team Assistant.

Prior to joining Legatum, Charlotte held the position of Legal Support Manager, where she specialised in cultivating relationships and enhancing team workflows - skills she has seamlessly integrated into her current role at Legatum.
