David Matthew is the Head of Macro & Trading at Legatum.

Prior to joining Legatum in 2012, David was the Head of Trading at Montrica Investment Management and the Head of European Trading at TPG-Axon Capital Management. David also worked in various roles at Caxton Europe Asset Management and Deutsche Bank.

David holds a BA in Economics from the University of California-Irvine and is a CFA Charterholder.
