Michel Al-Moumen is a Managing Director at Legatum, responsible for managing the Investment Management team and leading research efforts.

Prior to joining Legatum in 2018, Michel was a Consultant at global investment fund, Tiger Global Management, based in New York.

Michel holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a BScE in Finance and Real Estate at the Wharton School, and a BA in International Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences, both at the University of Pennsylvania.
