Rui Gao is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of That Spark, a scalable, affordable, online learning platform for non-profit professionals in mainland China. Prior to That Spark, Rui spent two years leading the implementation of Geneva Global's programmatic work in China, strategically bridging international donors with pioneering domestic organisations across several social issues.

Before joining Geneva Global, Rui was a partner at China Donors Roundtable (CDR), which is a peer-led, member-based learning platform.

Rui holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
